Once you sign up with CleanChoice Energy, we submit a request to enroll in our service to your local utility on your behalf. Occasionally, the utility will not accept the request. Common reasons for the utility not accepting the request include sending an old or incorrect account number. If you signed up and do not yet have service with CleanChoice Energy, find a copy of your most recent utility bill and contact our Customer Care team at 1-888-444-9452. We can often resolve the problem and resend your request to the utility.
