Your local utility issues residential & commercial electric bills and, in most cases, will handle all payments and collections.

Delaware customers with unpaid Supply Charges may receive a notice for payment of these charges from CleanChoice Energy.  Commercial customers, in all states, may receive a notice for payment of Early Termination Fees. CleanChoice Energy currently accepts checks and money orders for payment of these charges.  Checks and Money Orders should be made out to CleanChoice Energy, Inc.

Payments received for supply charges for customers outside of the state of Delaware will be returned to the customer.
