Prior to signing up with CleanChoice Energy, we recommend that you refer to your current supplier’s terms of service to ensure there is nothing required of you, such as a cancellation fee payment. If your supplier does charge a cancellation fee, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-444-9452. We may be able to pay part or all of your fee, or schedule your signup for a later date.
Once you've signed up, we arrange everything. CleanChoice Energy will notify your utility company that you have chosen to source your electricity from clean sources. If you are receiving supply from another alternative supplier, your utility company will notify them that you have chosen to switch to a new service provider.
